Thank you so much for the work you have done for us.  I feel that the google email and calendar have already made the staff more efficient and connected, especially with the way we all have to work from home some of the time.  But also having computers and printer and fax and that work when we need them to is a big help. The staff needs to focus on helping youth, not repairing computers and all.

And you have made it as painless as possible. I'm glad we have you to help us.
